  1. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
  2. Booking Process
  • Appointments must be booked through our website or calling the client directly.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful completion.
  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly.

  • All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of cancellations made by our cancellation policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed appointments.

  1. DISCLAIMERS
  • I understand that Reiki is a relaxation and stress reduction technique. I acknowledge that healing sessions administered are only for the purpose of helping me relax and to relieve stress. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical healing session, nor interfere with the healing session of a licensed medical professional and are not licensed by Canadian Reiki Association. I further understand that Reiki healing session received from practitioners at the Inner Q Holistic Centre are not to be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or healing session. It is recommended that I see a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.
  • I also understand that Reiki is an energetic healing methodology, which involves the laying on of hands. I understand that I will be fully clothed during the session and experience a series of hand positions on and/or above my body. I also acknowledge that I am fully aware that Shahida J Sahib is not a medical doctor or any other kind of medical practitioner and she has not represented herself in any way as possessing any medical expertise or medical training whatsoever and she has not prescribed diagnosed or treated or recommended any particular healing session or medication or substance for me in respect of my injury, aliment or disease that I may possess.
  • I have not been cajoled, coerced, threatened or persuaded by Shahida J Sahib to undergo or partake in any particular healing session or mediation or substance, and that I freely
  • acknowledge that may unorthodox or unusual healing session or mediation or substance that I may utilize is done with my full awareness and acknowledgments that I s of my own free will.  Having read, completed and understood the foregoing, I request to receive Reiki healing session.
  • I understand that my practitioner is providing Reiki healing session for me at my request and is not responsible for the outcome of the Reiki session. I agree to hold Inner Q holistic Centre harmless for any intended or unintended result.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerQ Holistic Centre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Website or services.
